Job Description

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems.
• We look for a strong track record of building and supporting production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, business logic, and reporting.
• We expect strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, along with experience using SQL databases.
• We value practical experience working in live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-step system interactions.
• We need exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior.
• It is advantageous to have experience designing multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to informed results.
• Familiarity with connecting agents to live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs is a plus.
• Comfort with implementing persistent state and session tracking to monitor agent progress is beneficial.
• Experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy exposure, privilege escalation, or indirect prompt injection is preferred.

• We contribute our backend and systems expertise to help build and test production-grade agent workflows.
