The Automation Engineer will support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory environments. The role ensures that automation systems comply with regulatory standards and support efficient production processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in design, development, and maintenance of automation systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Support PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems for process automation.
Monitor automated equipment used in production, packaging, and quality control .
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for automation-related issues.
Assist in system validation and documentation according to GMP requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and engineering .
Participate in equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and automation system testing.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines .
Maintain accurate documentation for automation systems and process changes.
