Looking for experienced Used Vehicle Technicians Willoughby Hills, OH Job Summary: Serpentini Chevrolet of Willoughby Hills is currently seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for the automotive industry to join our team as a Technician/ Skilled Labor/Contractor. As a Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles, use state-of-the-art tools and equipment, and receive ongoing training to develop and enhance your skills. GM experience is NOT required, so if you have a strong mechanical background and a desire to learn, we encourage you to apply! Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to over $100,000+ per year based on experience and skill level. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues on various makes and models of vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Use diagnostic equipment and resources to accurately troubleshoot and fix problems
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations and provide cost estimates
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the service department
• Complete all vehicle repairs and services efficiently and accurately, while maintaining quality workmanship
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
• Previous experience as an automotive technician or a strong mechanical background
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have own tools
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
