Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hands-on team member to join our Tutti Gelati family to support gelato and coffee service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sense of responsibility, and thrives in a dynamic setting where no two days are the same.

Schedule :
The current core schedule includes:

* Tuesdays: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
* Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (close)

There is also the possibility of a rotating schedule depending on business needs, including coverage flexibility between team members. Reliability and availability for weekend shifts are especially important for this role.

Compensation:

* $15/hour (based on proven experience)
* Pooled tips
* 2-week trial period to ensure mutual fit

* Previous experience in coffee, gelato service, or fast-paced hospitality (required for higher pay rate)
* Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
* Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours
* Reliability and consistency, especially during weekends
