Compensation: $85–$100 per hour (Salary options starting at $85,000)

Responsibilities - As a BCBA, you will lead ABA programming and support client progress through individualized treatment
- Conduct assessments and evaluate skill and behavior data
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Create, oversee, and adjust behaviour intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide supervision and training to ABA staff
- Maintain required documentation and ensure clinical quality standards
Requirements - Active BCBA certification and applicable New Jersey licensure (required)
- Strong applied ABA experience
- Experience in treatment planning and goal development
- Ability to supervise clinical teams and implement behavior plans effectively
