Location: Remote (Telehealth) or Hybrid (In Home)
Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: Minimum of 10 hours per week
Pay Rate: $65 per hour (Telehealth) / $70 per hour (In-Person Supervision)

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis and make a positive impact in the lives of the clients we serve.

Position Overview

As a Part-Time BCBA with Harmony House, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality behavioral services, either remotely via telehealth or in person. You’ll also supervise and support behavior technicians while collaborating with families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing behavior analytic services through telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement effective intervention strategies.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing ABA services.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to conduct remote sessions effectively.
