We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Booking Agent to assist with coordinating reservations managing client requests and ensuring a seamless booking experience. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently staying organized and helping clients plan and confirm their arrangements.

In this role you will use company-provided systems and training to support booking workflows maintain accurate records and communicate with clients throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage client bookings and reservations
• Organize and confirm details such as dates accommodations and activities
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
• Maintain accurate records using company systems and tools
• Ensure all bookings are handled efficiently and professionally
