The Opportunity As our Assistant Manager in our Intakes department, you will have the opportunity to help lead a team of intake representatives on the front lines of engaging and signing clients in the areas of wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination.
Accountable for Â
- Lead a team of more than fifteen intake representatives.
- Create and manage intake representative work schedules.
- Audit and monitor intake representative calls with potential clients.
- Assist in signing up clients.
- Lead new hire training.
- Assist in client referral process and procedure.
- Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.Â
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work on-site 3:00PM to 12:00PM
Qualifications Â
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Management experience is required (call center preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field at minimum.Â
- Experience working with entry-level workforce.
- Experience working in sales.
- Experience working in a call center.
- Charismatic and professional.
- Experience working in a law firm setting, preferably in personal injury or employment.
- Experience working with Salesforce or legal CRM a plus.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual is preferred but not required.
Compensation - $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
