Why This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Fulfillment Specialist to support the accurate preparation and shipment of customer orders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are picked, packaged, documented, and prepared for delivery in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with Inventory, Sales Operations, and Production teams, this position helps maintain inventory accuracy, order quality, and operational efficiency while supporting a compliant and customer-focused fulfillment process.
What You'll Do
- Accurately pick, verify, and package customer orders using order documentation and pick lists
- Prepare shipping containers, labels, and required documentation for outgoing orders
- Ensure all orders meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements before shipment
- Maintain organized storage areas for inventory, fulfillment supplies, and completed orders
- Participate in quality control and accuracy reviews of outgoing orders
- Support inventory organization and product movement within the facility
- Collaborate with Inventory, Sales Operations, and Production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist with additional operational tasks and projects as assigned
- Remain flexible and provide support to other departments as business needs require
- Maintain confident comprehension of compliance and regulations related to fulfilling orders. Ensure compliance with MED Medical and Retail rules and City of Boulder regulations as they apply to shipping and delivery, including but not limited to:
- M/R 100 - General Applicability
- M/R 800 - Transport and Storage
- M/R 900 - Business Records
- M/R 1000 - Labeling, Packaging, and Product Safety

What Makes You a Great Fit
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of cannabis industry experience preferred
- Must have and maintain an active MED Badge
- Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic math calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Reliable transportation required
Work Environment
This role is primarily onsite in Boulder, CO and requires regular work within fulfillment, inventory, and production environments. The position typically follows a standard 40-hour workweek based on operational needs.
The role requires standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching throughout the workday. Employees must be able to lift and move products and materials weighing up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Work may involve handling cannabis products and working in environments with strong odors and production-related activity.
