In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and clients seeking guidance, support, and information about our health, wellness, and fitness services. Key Objectives

  • Deliver exceptional chat-based customer service to patients and prospective clients.
  • Provide accurate information about medical marijuana products, clinic services, and wellness programs.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and guiding patients through clinic procedures.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming chat inquiries from patients and clients.
  • Address questions related to medical marijuana treatments, clinic policies, and wellness services.
  • Assist patients in navigating the clinic’s offerings and support their journey toward improved health.
  • Document interactions accurately and update patient records as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to resolve patient concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members while maintaining a positive patient experience.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and clinic protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in chat or online customer support, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
  • Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and compassionately.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and health-related compliance is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient with chat platforms, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
