Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via our live chat platform.
* Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our range of landscaping services, pricing, and availability.
* Assist clients with scheduling consultations, service appointments, and follow-ups.
* Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to billing, scheduling, or service feedback.
* Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
* Collaborate closely with our landscape design and operations teams to coordinate services and ensure client needs are met.
* Proactively gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and support processes.
* Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer care.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service, contact centre, or chat support role.
* Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
* Demonstrable ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, customer-orientated approach.
* Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM platforms, and standard office applications.
* Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a private, quiet workspace is essential.
* A genuine interest in horticulture, landscaping, or garden design would be a considerable advantage.
