Job Description

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compounder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical execution of our product formulas—gathering, weighing, and mixing ingredients to create high-quality skincare and dermatological products.

You aren’t just "mixing ingredients"; you are ensuring the consistency and efficacy of products that clinicians and consumers trust every day.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Batch Compounding: Accurately follow Master Batch Records (MBR) to blend, mix, and manufacture creams, lotions, and gels.

• Precision Weighing: Use industrial scales to weigh out raw materials, ensuring 100% accuracy in measurements.

• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and clean large-scale manufacturing equipment (tanks, mixers, homogenizers, and pumps).

• Quality & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to cGMP , SOPs, and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity.

• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of batch logs, cleaning logs, and inventory usage.

• Sanitization: Perform thorough "Clean-in-Place" (CIP) and manual sanitization of tanks and lines between batches.
