We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry / Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our accounting operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering financial data, processing customer invoices and payments, and maintaining up-to-date records. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with numbers and accounting systems.
Enter and maintain accurate data in accounting and company systems
Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner Post customer payments (checks, ACH, credit card, etc.) Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Maintain organized digital and physical financial records Assist with month-end closing tasks related to A/R Communicate with customers regarding billing questions Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call.
