Austin, TX

Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader ready to grow with one of the fastest-growing beauty brands in the country? We’re seeking an experienced District Manager to lead multiple European Wax Center locations in the Austin market and drive operational excellence, team development, and revenue growth.

As a District Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing a team of Center Managers while ensuring each location delivers an exceptional guest experience and strong financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about sales, team building, and brand excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary $70,000–$72,400 based on experience , with up to $20k bonus potential!

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Center Managers
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top management talent
  • Foster a positive, open environment where team members feel supported
  • Motivate teams to consistently exceed sales goals

Operational Excellence

  • Drive business growth using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop performance targets, budgets, and marketing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and operational guidelines
  • Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising and center cleanliness
  • Support locations as needed by stepping into operational roles during vacancies

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain licensing standards for Wax Associates
  • Promote a safe and professional working environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of multi-unit operations experience
  • 3–5 years of retail or service-based management experience
  • Strong sales leadership background
  • KPI-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and improve performance
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Flexible schedule availability
