We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist with a pharmaceutical or life sciences background. The candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining controlled documents in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and control documentation such as SOPs, batch records, protocols, reports, and quality documents .
Ensure all documents comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements.
Review, format, and update documents before approval and distribution.
Track document revisions and maintain version control.
Archive obsolete documents according to company policies.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams for document updates.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Maintain document logs and ensure proper document storage (physical or electronic).
