What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Paving Crew Member:

• Load and unload asphalt paving equipment and materials
• Prep and clean residential and commercial job sites
• Operate tools and equipment (we'll train you!)
• Work Monday-Friday (optional Saturdays) outdoors
• Grow your skills over time with CDL, safety, and equipment training

• Willing to Learn: No experience required—just a strong work ethic and openness to training in construction and asphalt paving.
• Accountable: Takes ownership of their work, and does what they say they will do without blaming others.
• Reliable: Shows up on time and has dependable transportation to the shop in Gordonville.
• Hardworking: Comfortable working in a physically demanding, outdoor environment .
• Team-Oriented: Works well with others, follows direction, and contributes to a positive crew dynamic.
• Active: Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and stay on your feet throughout the day.
• Driving Record: Clean driving record (within the last 3 years) preferred.
