Job Overview
Tekberry is seeking a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Operator I to support warehouse and battery production operations for our client, a leader in electric vehicle battery lifecycle management and automotive innovation.
This role is responsible for safely moving materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, warehouse experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Material Handling Safely move products and materials throughout the warehouse
Utilize warehouse equipment including:
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse organization
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections
Wear required PPE and report safety concerns immediately
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and supervisors
Support operational goals and daily workflow requirements
Ensure materials are handled and stored properly to prevent damage
Previous forklift experience required
Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with team lift assistance or equipment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, push, and pull throughout the shift
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid forklift certification preferred
Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
This is a physical, warehouse-based role supporting battery production and logistics operations. The environment may include:
Loud noises
Dust particles
Moving equipment
Exposure to heat and cold temperatures
The role requires frequent movement and physical activity throughout the shift.
