We are looking for fast-paced, guest experience-focused individuals in our hotel for Part Time Front Desk Agent to work Night Shift (11p.m.-7:00a.m.) 4-5 days a week. Weekends & Holidays are a must! This individual must be ready to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities.

Position available is full-time with a guarantee of 4 days a week possibly 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register Guests collecting necessary information
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
• Respond to guest issues in a timely manner with a great attitude to put a smile back on the Guests' faces!
• Communicate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and ready to receive our new Guest.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Skills

• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
• Experience with hotel reservations software, like Choice Advantage
• Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
• A very friendly attitude toward your coworkers and of course your Guests.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Work Location: One location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
