Job Description

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We want candidates with at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems.
• We look for a track record of building and supporting production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, logic, and reporting.
• We need strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, along with experience using SQL databases.
• We value practical experience working in live, real-world environments rather than mocked setups, including multi-turn system interactions.
• We expect exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior.
• We prefer experience designing multi-step coordination workflows where information gathering leads to reasoned outputs.
• We favor hands-on experience connecting agents to live tools and APIs such as Supabase and Gmail to solve practical problems.
• We value comfort with implementing persistent state and session tracking to monitor agent progress.
• We appreciate experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy leakage, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.

• We train Large Language Models to operate as proactive, multi-step agents.
• We help design, coordinate, and refine complex real-world architectural workflows for advanced AI systems.
• We collaborate with leading AI organizations to improve the behavior and reliability of autonomous agents.
• We provide detailed human feedback to enhance model performance across challenging system interactions.
• We support the development of production-oriented orchestration capabilities for generative systems.
• We assess complex agent behavior and identify subtle failures or risks in system responses.
