Now Hiring: Handyman / Facilities Technician – Day Shift (M–F)

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Handyman / Facilities Technician to support day-to-day facility operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining a clean and functional workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks (building shelves, minor repairs, painting doors, etc.)
• Complete assigned work orders accurately and efficiently
• Remove floor tape and maintain clean, safe work areas
• Assist with basic custodial duties such as cleaning offices and common areas
• Support loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment
• Maintain organized tools and workspaces
• Assist with various facility-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, handyman, or facilities work preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and complete work orders
• Comfortable performing a variety of hands-on tasks
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on different responsibilities
• Team player with a flexible, “pitch-in” attitude

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials regularly
• Comfortable with bending, standing, and being active throughout the shift

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Day Shift
• Consistent full-time hours

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winter Park, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
