About Us:
Havens Aviation is Central Ohio’s premier commercial helicopter operator and flight school. Our helicopter flight school has a long history of conducting helicopter pilot training with an excellent safety record.
Responsibilities:
Conduct flight and ground instruction for students pursuing helicopter pilot certifications.
Mentor and support students throughout their training, offering guidance and feedback to help them progress.
Demonstrate a professional, safety first attitude and adhere to all aviation regulations and safety protocols.
Conduct administrative tasks related to flight training operations as needed including keeping training records up to date.
Support other helicopter flying operations as required including aircraft cleaning and passenger loading.
Liaise with potential new students including on the telephone and in person.
Conduct other aerial work and helicopter tours as required.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Hold a current FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Rotorcraft-Helicopter rating.
Hold a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate with Rotorcraft-Helicopter rating.
Hold a minimum Class 2 medical.
Minimum of 200 hours of helicopter total flight time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Commitment to safety and adherence to all aviation regulations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
MUST live - or be prepared to relocate to - within 60 minutes drive of our base at Fairfield Co Airport (KLHQ)
Schweizer 300 experience desirable but not essential
