HRIS Analyst
(Exempt, 30-40 hours/week, Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite in Irvine, CA)

Konnect – Internal & Client-Facing Support
Position Overview
Konnect is seeking a highly skilled HRIS professional to support both internal operations and a diverse portfolio of clients. This role blends hands‑on system administration, implementation support, process optimization, and reporting/analytics. The ideal candidate is a systems‑savvy problem solver who enjoys translating business needs into scalable, efficient HR technology solutions.
This is a 30‑hour per week , hybrid position requiring three days onsite . Due to the client-facing and implementation-heavy nature of the work, onsite presence is non‑negotiable.

Key Responsibilities
HRIS Administration & Configuration
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS platforms (Paylocity, ADP, Workday, Dayforce preferred).
  • Manage system changes, security roles, workflows, and data integrity across multiple client environments.
  • Support new system setup, module configuration, and ongoing optimization.
Implementation & Client Support
  • Lead or support HRIS implementations for new clients, including requirements gathering, data migration, testing, and go‑live support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR technology best practices.
  • Partner with client HR teams to redesign process flows and improve system utilization.
Reporting, Analytics & Data Management
  • Build and maintain dashboards, standard reports, and ad‑hoc analyses.
  • Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with client-specific requirements.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal leadership.
Process Improvement & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Evaluate existing HR processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
  • Document workflows, SOPs, and configuration decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal Konnect teams to ensure consistent delivery across clients.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Paylocity, ADP, Workday, Dayforce .
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire, benefits, payroll, timekeeping).
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a consulting or multi-client environment.
  • Prior involvement in HRIS implementations or module rollouts.
  • Advanced reporting skills (e.g., dashboards, calculated fields, custom reports).
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 1-2 days remote.
  • 30 hours per week with consistent scheduling.
  • High collaboration with internal HRKonnect teams and external client stakeholders.
