Invoice Analyst

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an Invoice Analyst to join the team!The Invoice Analyst ensures accurate, timely processing of third-party cold storage invoices while supporting monthly reporting and data analysis needs. This role maintains rate documentation, prepares accruals, resolves discrepancies, and contributes to continuous process improvement across the invoice management function. This role will be based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze invoices submitted for payment, and reconcile any errors in a timely manner to keep accounts current
• Maintain rate database of all third-party accounts
• Compile monthly accrual report for company business units
• Develop and run reports and analysis related to Invoice Management
• Responsible for compiling data and identifying and quantifying opportunities, and recommending improvements
• Continuous implementation of process improvement of inventory and warehousing functions
• Initiate claims collections from third party warehouses
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent organizational skills
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a numbers‑driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Accounts payable experience preferred
• Ability to set priorities and consistently meet deadlines
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation 

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
• Base salary range of $21 - $27 /hour;
