• Manage audio workflows from pre-production planning through to post-production delivery.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure language accuracy, audio consistency, and artistic integrity.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement creative solutions under tight deadlines.
• Organize and maintain complex digital audio files and project documentation efficiently.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, software, and hardware advancements in professional audio engineering.

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian, with a strong understanding of pronunciation, dialectal nuances, and linguistic subtleties.
• Proven experience in professional audio engineering, particularly with Italian-language content.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen ear for audio quality and linguistic accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with multicultural teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Background in voice-over production, dubbing, or localization for Italian media.
• Experience working with international teams and remote workflows.

Contractual position with remote work flexibility.

Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $30.
