Position Overview

Agentforce Implementation

• Lead Agentforce solution design from discovery through go-live and hypercare, owning the end-to-end technical architecture.
• Configure and develop Agentforce Topics, Actions, Instructions, and Agent behaviors.
• Design conversational journeys for customer self-service and call containment.
• Implement escalation and handoff patterns to live agents.
• Configure AI guardrails and governance controls.
• Optimize prompts, grounding, and response quality.
• Analyze containment leakage points and continually refine AI experiences.
• Ability to debug failures

Salesforce Platform Development

• Ability to connect agents to real-time actions using Salesforce Flows, Prompt Builder, Apex, and REST APIs to update external and internal systems.
• Build reusable services supporting Agentforce actions.
• Implement Service Cloud automation and case management workflows.
• Configure Omni-Channel routing and Service Console capabilities.
• Ensure high-quality code through reviews and adherence to enterprise standards.

API & Integration Development

• Integrate enterprise systems using:
• REST APIs
• Platform Events
• Middleware solutions
• Build Agentforce Actions invoking backend services.
• Troubleshoot latency, authentication, and integration failures.
• Design resilient error-handling and fallback strategies.
• Ensure API responses meet conversational performance requirements.

Agentforce Voice & Telephony Support

• Support Agentforce Voice implementations.
• Participate in SIP-based voice integration designs.
• Configure voice-related actions and workflows.
• Support context transfer and escalation mechanisms.
• Validate end-to-end voice interaction flows.
• Work closely with telephony and CCaaS teams during implementation.

AI Governance & Security

• Configure Einstein Trust Layer controls.
• Implement PII/PHI protection mechanisms.
• Support HIPAA-compliant AI workflows.
• Enforce security and compliance guardrails.
• Participate in architecture and security reviews.
• Implement Agentforce Observability
• Experience in Healthcare domain is a plus.
