Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Verify patient information and update medical records
Collect copays and process payments as needed
Assist patients with forms and general inquiries
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
Scan, file, and organize medical documents
Support office staff with general administrative duties
