To strengthen our motivated Production Team at our Charlotte NC facility we are looking for a passionate Operations Manager.
You will be responsible for hiring training supervising and motivating plant staff including administering performance reviews and managing employee development.
You will support our production team by setting production schedules monitoring progress and implementing strategies to meet and exceed production goals.
You are ambitious to develop and implement strategies to optimize plat operations improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
You will contribute with managing and developing the plants budget implementing cost saving initiatives and ensuring efficient use of resources.
You are committed to a forward thinking approach to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
You have a Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Management Supply Chain or a related field.
You have already gained 5 years of experience in a packaging or production management role within a manufacturing environment.
You have strong knowledge and understanding of packaging machinery processes and materials (e.g. corrugate flexibles rigid plastics).
You have excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
