Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Outbound Logistics Coordinator to join our newly created core centralized Customer Supply Chain collective in a full-time remote capacity across the Philippines. In this high-leverage and communication-driven role, you will step up to claim true individual operational accountability for directing the end-to-end fulfillment lifecycle from the exact moment a customer order is approved through to successful physical carrier pickup and departure. Shifting completely away from passive clerical record-keeping, basic call routing, or non-quantifiable task tracking, you will operate as a principal supply chain workflow manager—handling an exceptionally high volume of carrier email correspondence, maintaining immaculate data accuracy, and navigating multiple complex platforms simultaneously. This position requires an operational support veteran who coordinates freight routing dependencies fluidly natively using Project Management communication structures, logs multi-tiered shipment profiles smoothly natively using Data Entry protocols within Oracle NetSuite templates, and enforces rigid two-hour communication Service Level Agreements (SLAs) confidently under tight transit windows.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrier Pickup and Dispatch Coordination: Manage and optimize the critical operational handoff from approved customer order sheets to final physical carrier pickup execution, confirming dispatch details cleanly natively utilizing Project Management guidelines.
• High-Volume Email Pipeline Governance: Own and drive the primary communication flow with freight lines, dispatchers, and carriers, enforcing a strict 2-hour SLA response baseline for all incoming logistical inquiries and confirmation loops.
• NetSuite Shipment Matrix Maintenance: Input, audit, and maintain complex transactional shipment vectors natively leveraging Data Entry models, updating purchase orders, freight classes, precise dimensions, and structural ship dates inside master NetSuite templates.
• Customer Portal Routing Execution: Navigate and input critical transportation, tracking, and compliance parameters within diverse, multi-tenant customer portals, adhering strictly to account-specific distribution requirements.
• Fulfillment Exception and Missed Pickup Triage: Identify, track, and resolve structural logistics bottlenecks, driving missed carrier pickups through to full operational resolution and transmitting status updates to impacted stakeholder groups.
• Daily Pickup Summary Report Engineering: Compile, format, and distribute scannable daily pickup summary summaries, providing internal supply chain teams and management with absolute visibility into fleet performance.
• Dock Scheduling System Management: Configure and organize pickup slots inside regional dock scheduling platforms, aligning warehouse capacity constraints with incoming carrier arrival expectations.
• Rigorous Data Quality Control: Systematically cross-reference freight bills, tracking digits, and shipping manifests to isolate data anomalies, eliminate technical debt, and ensure absolute operational data reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong, uncompromised professional written communication skills, with a proven and documented history handling a high volume of enterprise email correspondence simultaneously under fast-paced parameters.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of business data accuracy metrics, record-keeping tracking, alignment constraints, and task prioritization models.
• Expert-tier capability documenting transactional attributes, configuring data rows, and managing shared spreadsheets natively utilizing Data Entry rules.
• Practical operational familiarity tracking milestone variables, coordinating cross-functional loops, and resolving logistics exceptions natively using Project Management frameworks.
• Demonstrated capability navigating multiple web platforms, software dashboards, and cloud systems simultaneously while preserving a high bar for detail and data reliability.
• Outstanding interpersonal organizational skills, with a verified capacity to self-manage daily schedules and work independently inside a 100% virtual workspace framework.
• Language and Communications Fluency: Excellent command of the English language, enabling seamless corporate communication with global logistics providers and international internal managers.
• Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified logistics and operations specialists based permanently and resident within the Philippines to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.

• Prior commercial operational support history operating explicitly within global third-party logistics (3PL) providers, high-volume e-commerce fulfillment hubs, ocean or land transportation routing consultancies, or enterprise order management SaaS setups.
• Direct hands-on experience utilizing Oracle NetSuite ERP architecture, transportation management systems (TMS), or enterprise dock scheduling software packages.
• Familiarity tracking foundational supply chain indicators, including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) values, carrier compliance trends, or freight class tiering structures.
