Overview
This role focuses on painting commercial and residential sites for both new construction and remodel projects. You will prepare, prime, and paint walls according to customer specifications while adapting to varying job site durations and locations. You bring your core painting tools and attire, and you work under the guidance of an on-site foreman as part of a team committed to delivering high-quality finishes on time. Work Environment
This position is entirely focused on indoor painting within commercial environments, including both new construction and interior remodels. You work at multiple job sites that change frequently, so you must be comfortable driving to different locations within roughly a 20-mile radius of McHenry. You operate under the direction of an on-site foreman and often collaborate with a small team or larger crew depending on project size. The work involves typical construction-site conditions, including working around other trades and equipment, and requires standard painter attire such as painters whites, along with personal painting tools. Specialty tools and equipment are provided on site as needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
