Job Description
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Picker Packers to join our team at a premier toy manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick toy products and components from warehouse shelves based on digital or printed order sheets.
- Packaging: Securely pack items into shipping containers, ensuring they are protected from damage and presentable for the customer.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or missing parts before packing to maintain high brand standards.
- Inventory Management: Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all facility safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Attention to Detail: Ability to distinguish between similar product codes and colors to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Physical Agility: Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for the duration of a shift; ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a picker/packer role or warehouse environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
