Pay: $17–$18/hour based on experience
On-site role: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

ProSource Wholesale is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a full-time Purchaser. This role is responsible for creating and managing purchase orders while coordinating with supplier partners to support multiple showroom locations. What you’ll actually be doing:
• Prepare and place purchase orders for eight showroom locations
• Ensure all purchasing requirements are met prior to submitting orders
• Create purchase orders using industry-standard software (RFMS)
• Submit purchase orders to vendors via email or vendor web portals
• Review and confirm order accuracy and vendor acknowledgments
• Digitally index purchase orders and related documentation
• Communicate effectively with purchasers, Accounts Payable, suppliers, showroom personnel, and management

Ideal background:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in purchasing, administrative, or operations support preferred
• RFMS or purchasing system experience is a plus (but not required)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
