What You'll Be Doing:

  • Receiving and checking incoming inventory for accuracy.
  • Identifying and documenting discrepancies on shipments.
  • Stocking hardware and store inventory in the correct locations.
  • Pulling back stock to replenish shelves, bins, and displays.
  • Maintaining clean, organized shelves and stock areas.
  • Ensuring products are properly labeled and priced.
  • Assisting with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
  • Supporting merchandising efforts for new products.
  • Unloading vendor deliveries and organizing inventory.
  • Assisting other departments as needed to support store operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous receiving, stocking, warehouse, inventory, retail, or logistics experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain an efficient routine.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active role that includes standing, walking, lifting, stocking, organizing inventory, and working throughout the store and warehouse areas. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 80 pounds occasionally and working around equipment, inventory, and deliveries.
