Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Recruiter position at Cleveland Clinic located in Cleveland, OH. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing recruiting strategies for hourly roles across the Health System. This position focuses on enhancing top-of-funnel activity, optimizing sourcing channels, and acting as a strategic partner to business leaders and Human Resources. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the Recruiter will collaborate with Managers to understand talent needs and develop innovative approaches to attract and engage a diverse, high-performing workforce.
COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
