Job Description
Our Bay Area Team is currently seeking a recrutier a skilled recruiter! This position is full time, and will require some travel if needed. This is a temporary postion with room conversion, if you are able to meet the KPI's.
salary: $27 - $29 per hour

Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building - Identify and attract top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche networks, and advanced Boolean search strings.
- Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for high-volume or recurring client roles.
- Craft engaging outreach messages that convert cold prospects into interested applicants.
Screening & Selection - Review resumes and conduct high-volume phone and video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Vet candidates thoroughly against specific client requirements, salary expectations, and timeline availability.
- Prepare comprehensive summary write-ups for shortlisted candidates to present to Account Managers and clients.
Client & Candidate Management - Manage the end-to-end candidate experience , ensuring timely communication, interview prep, and feedback delivery, regardless of the outcome.
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews, acting as the primary liaison between all parties.
- Facilitate the offer process , including salary negotiations, reference checks, and background screening coordination to ensure high placement close rates.
The essential functions of this role include:

- working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
