Job Overview:
We are seeking a Jr Recruiter to join our team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting for various types of positions, including but not limited to manufacturing roles. We are looking for someone with a great personality, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Occasionally work on-site as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Trainable and eager to learn new skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to occasionally work on-site as needed.

Pay Range: $18 - $22

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
