The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. This is a Full-Time , fully remote position based in the United States . The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for our clients through our digital chat platforms.

Salary: $45 - $100 USD per hour , commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients via live chat in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding our range of construction services, company policies, and project timelines.
- Assist clients with scheduling enquiries, service questions, and initial consultations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meticulously document all client interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and our support processes.
- Uphold the company's long-standing reputation for quality, reliability, and excellent customer care.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer support, chat support, or client services role.
- Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other standard office applications.
- A genuine interest or prior experience in the construction industry would be considered a significant advantage.
