Job Description

Candidate Requirements: Candidates must possess an international perspective with extensive professional experience in the fields of international relations, geopolitics, and international politics. They should be able to provide in-depth and comprehensive analysis and recommendations on geopolitical risks, assisting the company in identifying and addressing potential international political risks.

I. Job Responsibilities
●Risk Identification and Assessment:
1.Identify policy-related risks that the company may encounter during business operations.
2.Collect and organize policy changes and industry dynamics, conducting systematic classification and evaluation.
●Strategy Formulation:
1.Develop appropriate risk response strategies based on changes in international relations and policies/regulations, including measures such as risk avoidance, transfer, mitigation, and acceptance.
●Risk Monitoring and Early Warning:
1.Monitor the geopolitical situations involving China, Russia, Europe, and Asian countries (including Northeast Asia and Central Asia).
2.Continuously track changes in the international landscape in real-time, providing management with detailed explanations of risk statuses and improvement recommendations.

II. Qualifications
●Education and Major:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.Preferably in International Relations, Regional Studies, Diplomacy, Public Policy, Risk Management, or related fields.
●Work Experience:
1.Over 3 years of relevant work experience in public policy, international exchange and cooperation, or risk management is preferred.
2.Previous experience working in government departments is an advantage.
●Professional Skills:
1.Possess excellent analytical and quantitative analysis abilities.
2.Capable of conducting in-depth analyses of current political affairs, international relations, and geopolitics.
●Language Proficiency:
1.Fluent in English and Russian, with strong reading and writing skills.
2.Ability to independently read and comprehend materials in English and Russian.
●Personal Attributes:
1.Strong logical thinking skills with a keen international perspective and judgment.
2.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
3.High sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
4.Ability to handle work pressure.

III. Remote part-time Compensation and Work Arrangement
●Compensation: Project-based collaboration. Each project offers a remuneration of RMB 1,000 to 10,000, depending on the complexity and workload of the project.
●Work Arrangement: Project-based collaboration.
