- Minimum 2–3 years of sales or trading experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or related industries; experience in pork/beef/seafood sourcing or sales is a plus but not mandatory. - Degree or Diploma holder; academic requirements are flexible for candidates with strong sales experience. ? Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. ? Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse customers and internal stakeholders. ? Proficiency in English is mandatory; Mandarin is preferred for regional and internal communication. - Familiarity with Singapore’s local market environment, distribution channels, and retail landscape is an advantage. - Responsible for the sales of core products including meat, meat products, and related derivatives (such as wine and complementary food products) to local and regional customers in Singapore, covering corporate accounts, distributors, supermarket chains, retail stores, and multi-channel customers. - Generate profitable sales by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, proactively developing high-potential new accounts, optimizing sales strategies, and expanding sales channels to achieve ambitious business goals and targets. - Conduct in-depth research on the Singapore market, monitor industry trends, customer demand, and competitor activities, and provide insights and recommendations to support product promotion and market expansion. -Participate in structured internal training programs (including an initial onboarding and development period) to continuously strengthen product knowledge and professional sales capabilities. ? Work closely with internal teams to follow up on customer requirements, coordinate product supply, logistics, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
