Job Description

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales or trading experience, preferably in FMCG, food or related industries; experience in pork/beef/seafood sourcing or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Degree / Diploma holder or above; college degree is acceptable with flexible academic requirements.
  • Exhibits high level of attention to details, results-oriented and the ability to multi-task handling complex customer needs and work scenarios.
  • A proactive, diligent, aggressive individual with strong ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proven negotiation skills and strong analytical skills, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers of different backgrounds and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Cantonese is a significant bonus; fluent Mandarin is preferred for internal communication.
  • No restrictions on gender, age, nationality or ethnicity; candidates with a global perspective and cross-cultural communication ability are highly valued.
  • Familiar with Hong Kong's local market environment and sales channels is an advantage; willing to accept business trips as required (may involve trips to Mainland China, the United States, etc. with moderate frequency). - Responsible for the sales of core products including meat, meat products and their derivatives (such as red wine) to local and regional customers in Hong Kong, covering existing corporate clients, supermarkets, retail stores and other multi-channel customers.
  • This position is accountable to generate profitable sales by maintaining stable cooperative relationships with existing accounts, proactively developing high-potential new clients, optimizing sales strategies and expanding sales channels to achieve the company's aggressive business plan and sales targets.
  • Conduct in-depth research on Hong Kong's local market, track market trends, consumer demand changes and competitor dynamics, and provide constructive suggestions for the company's product promotion and market expansion.
  • Participate in the company's internal systematic training (initial one-year training period), continuously improve professional product knowledge and sales skills, and complete other sales-related tasks assigned by the sales director.
  • Cooperate with internal teams to follow up on customer needs, coordinate product supply and after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
