• $180-$200 Per Day

Responsibilities:

• Substitute teacher must deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education.
• Substitute teacher must adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Substitute teacher must manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Substitute teacher must communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
• Substitute teacher must follow school district policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must have a current Missouri Substitute Certificate or Teaching License through the Department of Education (DESE). If you do not have one, we can guide you on the process.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2.0 GPA or higher.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must provide three (3) professional references.
• Must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
• Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
• Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
• Must be able to pick up last minute, on call assignments and be available Mondays and Fridays.
