Overview
Travel assignment for a Sonographer / Ultrasound Technician (Ultrasound) in Lodi, California at a 190-bed short-term acute care hospital. Start date 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,893-$1,984 per week with guaranteed 36 hours. Shift is 3x12-hour daytime shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. This role focuses on ultrasonic diagnostic procedures and imaging in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasonic diagnostic procedures following established protocols and physician orders.
- Acquire, optimize, and document high-quality images; provide measurements and calculations as needed for diagnosis.
- Communicate findings and image data to physicians; assist with interpretation as appropriate.
- Provide direct patient care during imaging, including patient assessment, positioning, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Maintain equipment, ensure image integrity, and manage data in compliance with HIPAA and institutional policies.
- When assigned, supervise or mentor ultrasound personnel and participate in ongoing training and quality improvement activities.

Requirements
- Education: Diploma or certificate from an accredited ultrasound program.
- Certifications/Licenses: Certification and current registration by ARDMS (Abdomen AB, Obstetrics OB or Vascular RVT) or CCI-RVS; or ARRT-Sonography (S) or ARRT-Vascular (VS) with eligibility or active status within one year of hire; CA and HI require licensure in multiple areas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience: At least two years of recent ultrasound experience.
- Other: Ability to work in a hospital setting; current nursing license per the state of assignment.
