Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Frontend Lead Developer with strong React.js expertise to lead frontend architecture, establish UI standards, and build scalable enterprise applications. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic architecture responsibilities.

• Pay Rate Range: $60-65/HR on W2 (NO C2C)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of UI components using React.js

• Define frontend architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelines

• Develop reusable component libraries and design systems

• Build scalable, responsive, and high-performing enterprise applications

• Collaborate with UX, product, and backend teams

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership

• Mentor developers and guide implementation efforts

• Ensure accessibility, security, and cross-browser compatibility standards

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of frontend development experience, including 5+ years with React.js

• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

• Experience with Material UI, Styled Components, Webpack, and Storybook

• Proficiency with Redux, Zustand, and Context API

• Experience building enterprise component libraries and design systems

• Strong knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and REST API integration

• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker

Preferred Qualifications

• Next.js and Micro Frontend Architecture experience

• Experience with data visualization tools and large-scale dashboards

• Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps experience

• Financial services/domain experience

• Agile/Scrum development experience
