Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support while working remotely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Assist with document preparation and reporting
  • Conduct online research as needed
  • Support daily administrative tasks and projects

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
