Description Brief: The Wellness Coach is responsible for leading scheduled fitness classes, yoga classes, conducting Personal Training Sessions, and providing Massage Therapy. These fitness professionals have extensive experience, particularly in yoga and massage. The Wellness Coach must be well-versed in all fitness and spa services offered, hold current certifications, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Certification in Yoga, Pilates, TRX and other forms of fitness.; Must hold an International/National qualification. ; Certification in Massage Therapy. ; Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. ; Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. ; Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer skills. ; Must be able to present information in front of a large group. ; Must be a team player. ;
