Asphalt Crew Member

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Asphalt Crew Members to join our paving crew. In this role, you'll assist with all aspects of asphalt paving, including site preparation, asphalt placement, raking, shoveling, compaction, and cleanup. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically demanding work.

Asphalt Crew Member Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 04:00pm )

• Assist with asphalt paving and resurfacing projects.
• Rake and spread hot asphalt to ensure a smooth, even finish.
• Prepare job sites by grading, cleaning, and setting up traffic control devices.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform daily cleanup of job sites.
• Work closely with equipment operators and paving crews to complete projects efficiently.

Asphalt Crew Member Qualifications:

• Previous asphalt or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 10–12-hour shifts.
• Comfortable working in extreme heat, cold, and other outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds regularly.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Ability to work overtime, nights, or weekends as project schedules require.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
