Our Bakers are responsible for producing the high quality, fresh and delicious bakery products that our customers love. Baker shifts begin at 4am and you must be at least 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment. Bakers prepare all products, while following Dunkin' recipes and food safety procedures. We welcome any and all prior work experience and are happy to train you in all aspects if you are new to the Dunkin' brand!

Responsibilities includes:

• Produce consistent, high quality products in a fast-paced work environment
• Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures.
• Communicate appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect.
• Respond positively to feedback and direction given.
• Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
• Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
• Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.
• Follow all procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen safety and security.
• Comply with all Restaurant, Brand, and Franchisee policies.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Motivated with strong work ethics
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment
• Ability to maintain standing position for extended periods of time
• Ability to move, lift, and handle equipment and supplies weighing up to 50lbs
• Dependable with access to reliable transportation
