Join our vibrant hotel restaurant team located in Anaheim, right next to Disneyland!

As a Breakfast Cook , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes that set the tone for our guests’ day. You will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing breakfast classics with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. Flexibility to assist with lunch service is a plus.

Unlike most restaurants, we also offer cooks an equal share of the tips earned during their shifts , recognizing the essential contribution you make through both your skill and your teamwork.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Weekend availability is required
• Ability to cover full breakfast shifts, with occasional lunch support

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established specifications before and during service
• Measure and portion ingredients accurately, following portion sizes and quality standards
• Cook all menu items to proper specifications in a timely manner
• Operate kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, pots, pans, steamers, grills, and ovens
• Maintain correct food temperatures and ensure proper storage
• Monitor freshness and quality of all ingredients and dishes
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
• Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked
• Follow all health codes and sanitation regulations
• Set up and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Apply waste control guidelines and record all waste
• Perform additional duties as directed by management

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a Prep Cook or Line Cook
• Ability to read and follow recipes and food abbreviations
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to coordinate multiple orders quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
• Ability to follow procedures and take direction effectively
• Basic math skills for measuring, calculating, and adjusting recipe proportions
• Weekend availability is required
