Location: Calgary, AB (Onsite)

Role Overview

The Technology Delivery Management team is responsible for program and project management across various initiatives within MSWM. The team collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define scope, secure funding, and execute delivery through Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple initiatives within the Contact Center Desktop Fleet. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to drive Agile delivery, remove impediments, and ensure successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize backlog
  • Drive team performance using Agile principles and practices
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor team performance through metrics and dashboards
  • Participate in Scrum of Scrums and provide transparency on risks and blockers
  • Support quarterly planning (IBR) aligned with business roadmap
  • Maintain Jira hygiene and dashboards
  • Conduct Agile maturity assessments and coaching
  • Ensure adherence to change and release management processes
  • Monitor deployments and coordinate release activities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager
  • Strong experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Proven experience in Financial Services domain
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams

Preferred Skills

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, etc.)
  • Experience in Wealth Management or Analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of Contact Center technologies
  • Experience with tools like Remedy, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Visio
