Key Objectives

• Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support to patients and clients via chat.
  
• Assist with inquiries related to medical marijuana products, clinic services, and appointment scheduling.
  
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
  
• Contribute to a seamless and supportive customer experience aligned with our clinic’s mission.
  

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming chat messages in a timely and courteous manner.
  
• Answer questions regarding product information, clinic policies, and patient eligibility.
  
• Assist clients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and follow-up communications.
  
• Document chat interactions accurately within the customer management system.
  
• Identify and escalate urgent or complex issues to supervisors or clinical staff as needed.
  
• Stay informed about clinic updates, product offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve chat support processes and patient satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health, wellness, or customer service is a plus.
  
• Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a health-related or wellness environment.
  
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
  
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple chat conversations.
  
• Familiarity with chat platforms, customer management systems, and basic computer skills.
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting patient wellness.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of medical marijuana regulations and products.
  
• Background in health, wellness, or fitness industries.
