The client is seeking a Chief People Officer to shape the enterprise employee and company experience by staying aligned with organizational values, mission, and long-term vision. The role requires strong decision-making across the organization to connect people strategy with purpose and measurable outcomes, including participation in strategy and organizational transformation to help navigate complexity associated with growth. The Chief People Officer will lead efforts to develop high-performance teams, including strengthening leadership capabilities and talent management focused on frontline and future leaders. The Chief People Officer will oversee the continued deployment and integration of Workday, ERP, and HCM systems to improve efficiency, support workforce management, and reduce operational complexity. Additional experience includes growth and acquisition dynamics, large-scale HR change, managing workforce and retention challenges, analytical use of data for risk mitigation, and managing remote and multistate teams, along with the ability to work from the Minnesota office and travel as required.
